No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

My Peanut Butter Toffee balls are such a hit, but a bit time consuming. I found a way to enjoy them much easier! I literally made them in less than 20 minutes! If you want to know how I made the easy chocolate details click HERE.

18 ounces of peanut butter (I like to use reduced fat Jif)
1 (16-ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs (you can buy these in a box or crush them yourself)
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
12 ounces milk chocolate, melted

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter. Mash together until combined. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. transfer to the refrigerator until hardened, about 30 mites.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Once melted spread on top of the peanut butter. Place in the refrigerator to cool. Once cool, cut up and enjoy! Keep them in the refrigerator, otherwise they will soften too much. They are much better cool.

*Note: if the peanut butter mixture is too dry and a little more butter.
