Raspberry Summer Spritzer Cocktail

I made this cocktail last year for Viva Glam Magazine and it was a big hit! Totally refreshing, not to mention really pretty!


Recipe for two glasses:


2 cups sparkling seltzer water (I used Seagram’s Blackberry Raspberry)
2/3 cup frozen raspberries
2 sprigs fresh mint
3 ounces Cointreau
             Ice cubes or crushed ice 

Directions:

Combine seltzer, raspberries, mint, Cointreau, and Manischewitz Blackberry. Pour over ice.
