Simple: cubed butternut squash, maple syrup, butter, cinnamon!
How cute is my pumpkin tree! First I thought it was a persimmon, but after googling it I realized it's some type of pepper. I put them in a vase. They are perfect for the fall and a cute table setting. They look exactly like little pumpkins!
MAPLE AND CINNAMON BUTTERNUT SQUASH
12 ounces butternut squash, cubed
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon (or more if you want)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cubed butternut squash on a baking sheet (I suggest lining it with foil). Toss with melted butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup until evenly coated. Place in oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
